I tried so many things. Countless diets and nutritional programs, I followed self help gurus and read many self help books and audio programs, mindset challenges, self-will, 12 steps, meditation and anything else you can think of... But wellness escaped me.

These traditional methods didn't work and it was SUPER frustrating. In fact it almost killed me. Eventually things got worse and I became a serious drug user and nearly died.
